Office Portfolio were appointed to support the expansion of a leading accountancy firm's London office, delivering a furniture package that seamlessly extended the client's existing workplace across an additional floor within the building.

Working closely with the client and project team, the objective was to create a natural extension of the existing office environment, ensuring complete consistency in furniture specification, finishes and user experience. As part of the wider refurbishment works, a new opening was formed within the building slab to accommodate an interconnecting staircase, physically linking the two floors and creating a single, unified workplace.

Office Portfolio supplied and coordinated the installation of workstations, task seating, meeting room and boardroom furniture, together with breakout settings from manufacturers including Moventi, HAY, Norr11 and Flokk. Through careful product matching and detailed coordination, the completed space feels as though it was conceived and delivered as one workplace from day one.
