Our proven 4 Step Product Selection & Design Process enables our clients to visualise their future space and have full confidence in their furniture selection. We ensure a full understanding of things such as departmental positioning requirements, staff numbers and needs, floor box positioning, IT and AV requirements, and storage demands. We carefully support you to select furniture that will deliver your space, design, functionality, sustainability, and financial objectives.

Documenting storage

Surveys and Furniture Inventory

We can conduct full site survey audits for clients; this will allow you make considered decisions on new product procurement. As part of this a storage survey can distinguish client paper requirements and future needs or reductions.

Our surveys can ascertain the quantities, age, condition and suitability for existing furniture to be reused. We also identify items that can be refurbished or reupholstered.  In addition, we will look at the disposal and recycle/repurpose/reuse possibilities of all furniture products that won’t go to the new building and show you our sustainability strategy for that part. With our client’s permission, we will then commence our reuse process where we organise and distribute unwanted furniture to schools.

As your existing product is moved and your new furniture is purchased our detailed inventory systems online provide full access to 24/7 monitoring of all stock movements.

Through meticulous organisation, detailed planning, clear communication, and hands-on control, we make every transition smooth and stress-free. We maintain regular contact and attend project and site meetings to keep everything on track.

In line with our ISO 14001:2015 accreditation, we take an environmentally responsible approach to office clearance - removing, reusing, redistributing, or recycling redundant furniture to minimise waste and maximise sustainability.

Project Management

At Office Portfolio, we follow a proven 6-stage methodology that ensures every project is delivered seamlessly on time, and with complete confidence.

Our dedicated project teams work alongside you from day one, applying their pre-emptive expertise to anticipate and resolve any challenge before it becomes an issue. Throughout the process, our experienced Project Managers take full responsibility for onsite operatives, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards.

Post Installation Service

Once the installation is completed our service doesn’t stop.

We will allocate a dedicated account manager who will be on call to assist in additional requests. We will set up a personalised Service Level Agreement which sets out KPIs and agreed post installation service levels.
