Hampden’s workspace is located in a City Core position between the Bank of England and Lloyd’s of London, offering immediate access to the vibrant amenities of Leadenhall Market, the Royal Exchange and Spitalfields. This central setting provides a lively backdrop for this newly created working environment.

Early engagement between the Hampden Group and the project team identified the needs and requirements for the new space. The brief was to create a modern, functional office designed to increase staff motivation, encourage interaction, and serve the client’s needs for the next decade.

Office Portfolio worked closely with the client, Team Projects and JAC to deliver a defined, collaborative working environment that has exceeded expectations for both staff and clients alike. Creating new breakout areas, upgraded reception spaces, and the introduction of feature ceilings, wall finishes and bespoke lighting solutions all contribute to the elevated aesthetic. Despite a limited budget, the project team’s close collaboration with the Hampden Group from the outset ensured maximum value while meeting all design and performance expectations.
