Scope of work
Office Portfolio were appointed to support Team Projects in delivering a Cat A+ fit out from shell and core across two floors, creating a high-quality workplace environment with bespoke finishes throughout.
Working in collaboration with Team Projects and Forme UK Architects, the project involved the delivery of a complete Cat A+ fit out, including new partitioning, glazing, high-end joinery and furniture installations to create a modern and functional workspace. The works were undertaken within an occupied building, with the client and landlord located on one of the floors, while a public-facing retail unit remained operational at ground floor level. Careful planning, coordination and communication with all stakeholders were therefore essential to ensure the project was delivered safely and with minimal disruption.
